FAMILY
I am a proud parent of two adult children. My oldest son Brandon is 30 years old and my youngest son Derrek is 28 years old. They are 4th generation native Idahoans. During the summer months we enjoy exploring the many scenic roads of the Northwestern United States and Canada on our Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.
In 2015 - 2016 I served as a Kootenai County Commissioner (Chairman) whereas I dealt with numerous land use and community development issues. I am a member of:
• ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors);
• Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors; and is
• ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) certified.
I bring many years of experience and knowledge to the table when providing you with a comprehensive Home Inspection Report.

I joined the family business building custom homes in 1983. I later studied Real Estate at North Idaho College to further my career as a General Contractor and Real Estate Developer. Stewart Construction and Arrow Point Development Company built many custom homes, commercial buildings and real estate development projects you may be familiar with in North Idaho and Eastern Washington.
